They posted in a fb group that i am in…. I submitted Feb 18th and have the “incomplete application” glitch.. no further updates yet either :(
Applied online at first, then it was returned for missing photo (but my photo is there) now I submitted paper base, I don’t know what to expect… I really need th pr card for work

December 7th, 2022 - applied for PR card using the online portal

December 29th, 2022 - returned due to photos missing and resubmitted the same day

January 24th, 2023 - returned due to photos missing and resubmitted the same day using a digital photo

March 13th , 2023 - linked to GCKey

March 24th, 2023 - ghost update

March 28th, 2023 - Received an email stating there was an update which was the approval

April 3rd, 2023 - received PR Card in the mail

Got an update on GCkey.
Application approved and card mailed: March 29th
"We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive"

Might help applicants with similar timeline:

Application sent (paper): Jan 21
Application delivered: Jan 25 (as per Canada Post)
Called IRCC: March 24 (Agent couldn't find my application as they didn't start processing my application. Advised me to call 2nd week of April)
AOR: March 24
ECAS decision made : March 24
Tracker updated to approved : March 29
PR Card received : April 3rd

Yes will do. I plan to call them sometime end of next week to see what's going on.

Just wanted to let you know, I was able to link my application today by Family name, Given Name and DOB. The status now says my application was approved yesterday and they have mailed my PR card. The PR portal still says submitted. Never received an AOR.
