An update for those with similar timelines.
I sent my application by courier to the Sydney location, it was recorded as being delivered on January 26th.
I received my AOR today, March 29th.

I did use UPS, the receipt I received upon delivery shows it was delivered to the Sydney location.

Hello everyone,

Called IRCC today afternoon and talked to an agent for my PR card renewal which was sent by Canada post on Jan 21st and delivered on Jan 25th. However he couldn't find my application even after keeping me on hold for multiple times. But the agent was kind enough to explain me in detail how they process the application and said the current processing time is 66 days. They are currently processing application received on or before Jan18th and advised me to call by 2nd week of April. But to my surprise I just received AOR and I was able to link my application to GC Key. I guess the call triggered the system to send AOR and process my application.

Application sent: Jan 21st
Application received: Jan 25th
AOR: March 24th

Update:

Got an update on GCkey.
Application approved and card mailed: March 29th
"We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive"

Some one mentioned this before:
Call IRCC at 1 (888) 242-2100 . When you call IRCC, It will ask you for the UCI , press two i.e. no UCI available and then as soon as the Message for AF and UK refugees start playing press 330 in quick succession you will be able to reach them.

I called them and they told me that, yes, my Online Portal PR renewal application exceeded normal processing times and that a message to the processing office will be sent about this. Nothing changed so far. Also, sent them a web form about 10 days ago - no response.

For me, it's already 149 days (almost 5 months!!!) since the day of the original submission and 112 days since the resubmission after "Photos are missing".

I just spoke to an agent today in ircc and he told me right now they are working on the applications submitted on or before Jan 27th. He also told me he sees my application is held under a temporary number which means it is still being checked for completeness. I applied on Feb 13th so he said there is a good chance you might hear by mid april. he apologized for the backlog. Hope they find my application complete and mails me my card soon.
