PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2020

Quick question. Considering there are significant delays with PR renewal, when is the right time to apply within the 9 month before expiry. If my 9 months till expiry start tomorrow, is it advisable to send this early or I should wait a bit longer? Also I took my pictures 3 months ago. I know they can't be older than 6 months, is it an issue to send 3 months old pictures?

Thank you in advance for your reply and hoping any of you who have sent right after the 9 month period can provide any comments.

First PR Card for inland application, I Just checked GCKey and i seems my PR card has been mailed today COPR recieved 28th July, with PR Photos sent 5th August and recieved 7th August! This is from Etobicoke office... Good Luck to everyone else still waiting!

CoPR received on June 16, 2020. PR photos sent on June 18, 2020 and received on June 19, 2020. It has been 4 months and there are no updates. This is the London office. Has anyone received their PR card from the London office?

I found there has been a ghost update on my linked first permanent resident card application on GC Key. Anyone knows what it means / how long it will take after a ghost update on a new permanent resident card application?

3. We started processing your application on October 20, 2020.

I believe it might take a week or two for the PR card to be mailed.
