Have you checked your mailing address in ECAS? if it is correct, then wait for 10 or 15 days more, then contact CIC again. Due to covid-19, the mail packages are also delayed a bit. Good luck!

Thank you for your kindly reply! Yes I checked mailing address indicated in ECAS and it’s correct so I’m worried if they haven’t mailed my card or the letter was lost. Do I need to wait for up to six weeks from the mailing date or wait more 10-15 days then contact with them?

Depending on your mailing address in Canada, it may take more or less time. If you are in GTA, then you may get it in next one or two weeks mostly.

Hi! CIC website indicates processing time is 161days for PR card renewal so I think you should contact with them.

May I ask around how many days of RO did you apply with

and were you self employed outside of Canada?

Sorry I cant recall the days. Only out of Canada for vacation once/ twice a year. pretty much 99% of time in Canada.

I’m confused ......Yes I provide home address and mailing address in my application and they are different ，but will CIC not mail my card to my mailing address?

No problem. I was in the same situation for my first PR card. They sent the card to mailing address.

I hope CIC have mailed my card to my mailing address because home address in my application is not available for me to receive my card since October 1,I also applied to change my home address but my application status still indicate old home address,can I change address if my application status is complete?

Either you can call the CIC to update your address (or) use the web form to send the details. I heard you can also update the address directly through ECAS. Have you tried ECAS update? if the card already has been mailed, then call the CIC, and ask them to what address they have mailed it.

Canvisa 13 pls can you help me on this .
I submitted the renewal of PR on 15/7 via representative and it was delivered on 15/7 however I did not get any AOR

do I call them or you think they did not reach to 15/7 /2020 yet
