PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2020

Hi , any body with July 8th application received date got any updates from CIC. Tracking my spouse application.

I think you misunderstood my question. My PR application is complete, not the PR card. I can't find my PR card application in ECAS, it's only showing in MyCIC account.

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 8, 2020.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 16, 2020.
3. We started processing your application on September 16, 2020.

Nope - They are processing & will update shortly. When did your PR renewal application reach CIC? How many members?

Thanks for your positive response.. I hope that's the case. Its only 1 person and it reached 22nd June.

For us it's Sep-15 & still in Decision made. No progress. So, we just wait.

Hello Rizwan, Can you tell if your status was showing as "decision made" after point #4 or it showed up after point #3 :

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on May 27, 2020.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 10, 2020.
3. We started processing your application on September 10, 2020.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on September 21, 2020.

My application turned to “decision made ” today’ morning but not sent out yet.
Hope it can be sent today...

It definitely means its approved. Most probable on Monday it will be sent out and ecas will be updated on Tuesday after 7 AM EST as complete and then 4th line will also be added.

It happened in both of our applications and saw this trend in so many cases

ECAS will not show any status until application picked by CIC. Please keep posted
