PR Card Delivery during Canada Post Strike

Me too waiting. Anyone called ircc to ask when r they planning to mail out the cards? I just can't seem to get through to an agent.

I tried calling but not working, I saw a post before from Bhav, he said they’ll start mailing from January 11 right. Where you guys live , I live in Scarborough, Toronto and it’s going to be mailed from Mississauga center I guess

Yeah I saw bhavs post but important is have they actually mailed them out or not yet. Today is already 16. Till 15 nothing is received. Till we don't know we can't estimate receipt. Hope someone is able to get through n ask if they actually mailed it or when they plan to. Also important to know is will they send it back to main Sydney office to mail or will they mail out from local ircc office.

It will be mailed from local IRCC office it is not going to be sent back to Sydney, it’s clearly written on pickup letter that, early 2025 they’ll start mailing so there’s no way it will be sent back to Sydney. However , I am not in town so if someone can reach IRCC Mississauga inperson or get any sort of contact they can give clear timeline of mailing

Yes, but due to some emergency I am not in town so did not pick it up, they sent an email for pickup at Mississauga but it also stated if I did not pickup they’ll send via mail, so I am relying on it, and I guess Mississauga is the main office that sends out PR cards so from there to Scarborough should be max 2-5 business days , however it depends on when they send so let’s see

Please do keep in touch n posted. My pick up also was Mississauga ircc office. I am in Vancouver though.

Yes that is the main question. When will they post. N hope they don't misplace or forget. I have lost all faith in ircc.

I agree with IRCC until you get your pr card you are still under process it seems like.

Have u downloaded tCanada Post app? If it's picked up by them then it will show up as general mail Or Canada note company while it's in transit. That way also we can check if it's with Canada Post Or not yet picked up

I didn’t get you how to check that what’s the process?? Yes I have Canada post app but it’s asking for tracking number
