As the title says, my wife and I landed back in July, my PR card showed up in the mail around mid September. She was asked to resubmit photos which we did and CIC "mailed" the card back in October. The card should be here by now right?!
I know Canada post is/was on strike, did anyone else run into any mail issues for this reason? should I contact CIC at this point?
