Seniors- is there any change in the PR card application process? I was planning to travel from US to Canada by road, finish the landing formalities and return the same day/next day to US after submitting my application for SIN and PRC. Was planning to give my friend's address in Canada for receiving both. Is that a possibility? Kindly advice
