1. How long it will take (approx.) to get PPR after Background check turns to In process?

2. Can I expect any calls from NDVO to my employers for verification during BGIP time?

It is uncertain. The time could be from couple of hours to 1.5 months.

Yes, in rare case you can expect an employer verification from NDVO.

I sent an email to CPC Ottawa office asking about my visa office and they mentioned that their office has now concluded its part in the processing of your application and your file has been transferred to the Visa Office in New Delhi. Is this a normal process ?

Within how much time did you get the reply?
I mailed them yesterday night @8:30 but no revert yet.

Don't worry. I guess you'll get your PPR before it expires. I see your BG IP on 15th Feb.
