Rafzy observations

There arer 4 layers of verification at CIO and CPC before transferring the file to local VO.

1. Support service agent" who checks weather docs r complete"

2. Agentreview, who also checks docs especially PCC R.10.

3. Verification is done at CPC ottawa earlier ones are done at CIO, programme assistant who again checks docs and give an option

4. Case analyst who checks and give opinion too, he also writes if he is satisfied with eligibility.


pavanm observations today 24 Feb

1. Date of Issue of Visa - For me it is the date when BG changed to IP rather than PPR date.

So I am assuming for all those guys who get PPR immediately or after few days of BGIP,

you can assume that your background was checked way before, but only thing the status changed when everything was approved.


Based on your in depth understanding, observations, monitoring, Please share what exactly NDVO does after BG changes to IP.

No it will only be transferred to LVO after medicals get passed.

So, if meds are passed, does it mean that R10 check will have been completed too?
