Hello everyone, I have another question, my contract with current employer expires dec.01,2010. but my work permit with them is dated valid until September 2011. I will submit my PR + OWP application, next week because I finished my 2 year work as live in caregiver. Do i need to submit a new contract along with the letter from my employer that she will still hire me until I get my OWP? or the letter is good enough? cause we agreed that she can still hire me until I get my OWP.

hi ennaesor, i submitted my PR and OWP application end of October, and i only included a letter from my employer stating the date i started working for them and that I am still working for them. Unless you are to renew your work permit, then you shall need a new contract. But otherwise, your old contract and a letter from your employer is olkay. I hope that helps. Good luck to all of us!!
