Hi guys

What is the application kit of extending an OPEN WORK PERMIT? My mom is an open work permit holder under Live In Caregiver class and she still hasnt received her PR yet. She finished her contract with her old empleyer (the employer who sponsored her) and not working there anymore.

What application kit should she use?


And is it SAME EMPLOYER or NEW EMPLOYER?
