Hi guys. It's tricky, I got a year and a half ago open work permit because my partner had a job ranked lavel B, I got this open work permit until the date of my partner work permit, my question is, Can I extend my open work permit if my partner's employer doesn't extends her work permit ???

No - you can't. Your open work permit is dependent on your partner's work permit.

Yes - your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA so that you can apply for a closed work permit.

1. Then you are out of luck. No LMIA, no work permit.
So the only thing for me it's to find an employer that could obtain an approved LMIA and apply???
