I have big last confusion in my mind. I paid my file processing fees for $550 and $490 for RPRF upfront. Now i have so silly question in my mind . Do i need to fill out fees payment form(IMM 5620). I paid fees only so now i have 2 reciepts that i printed as a proof of payment. If suppose i will print and fill out info on IMM5620 form but do i have to fill all credit card info. As i have paid fees online.. I do not know why mind is confusing..
So anybody has same experience and want to give some advice??

Attach the 2 receipts and fill in the forms with the credit card numbers. I am sure they will not debit your account twice and if they do, they will always refund. Be on the safe side - this is what I have done anyways
My application was returned to me due to payment issue only and still waiting for AOR. I didn't put a check mark on those forms in the checklist just like what my other friends did who are now doing their medical. Maybe you can also ask other applicants just to be sure so you won't blame me just in case I was wrong.
hi janedel. I have the same case as yours. CIC returned my docs due to payment problem. my nomination will expire jan 31 2015. I will resubmit may application today. cic marked the expiration of my nomination letter and I used same nomination letter. do you think its fine??
by the way whats the expiration of your nomination letter?

You dont have to fill the payment form (IMM5620) since you made payment online already. Just fill the printed receipts with handwritten and attach with your application package.

I resubmitted my application August 18, 2015 and CIC reveived it August 20, 2015. My nomination expired last Sept 25, 2015 that's why I was so worried when I didn't receive my AOR yet. Thank God got my AOR already.

I resubmitted my application August 18, 2015 and CIC reveived it August 20, 2015. My nomination expired last Sept 25, 2015 that's why I was so worried when I didn't receive my AOR yet. Thank God got my AOR already.
