1) That sounds weird because they are 2 completely different addresses, check for "proof of delivery" and also check with Fedex where it was submitted.
2) It seems to be normal since my passport reached them on the 3rd of October and I havent heard anything from them since then

Thanks for the quick reply, so it turns out that the 2303 STEVENAGE OTTAWA, ON K1A1L1 address is where all mail goes and gets scanned and sorted out for IRCC. On FEDEX it shows it was delivered to Laurier Ave west but proof of address shows Stevenage address.

I submitted my file under express entry program on march 22, 2019 and waiting for Passport request. It is over months can anybody help me to let me know about like which date submission files are receiving request??

There is no specific way anyone can say what month files are being processed as there are still people in Jan and Feb who are waiting for PPR. Is your Medical and Biometrics completed?

Have you requested GCMS notes?

Yes in my cic account i have checked my medical and bimoetrics are already completed and i called cic and they told we are doing your background check.
No i have not applied for gcms yet.

Did they mention anything regarding Eligiblity ? Is it Recommended pass or Review required or Not Started?

Try and find out the status of eligiblity.

If it is under Review required than you should submite a request for GCMS notes to find out what the root cause is.

You can also email the office of Goodale and they can get you the required details.

Mention your name and your applicaiton detials. They used to respond pretty quickly a few months back. Not sure what the current response time is.

I am eagerly waiting for my passport to return as well!! Hopefully soon. I believe there is a slight delay because of Canadian Thanksgiving as the offices were closed for Friday and Monday..

I called them again cic and they told that your file is under review. Your eligibilty and security is left the rest is done. When i ask about time she said may be it will take 2 to 3 months more. Actually its already 7 months so i am worried.

Really! I thought Monday was the only day holiday for them. Anyways, according to this tracker, they are still working on sep month end

You better apply for gcms. It would approximately take 1 month for the arrival.

Yes, nobody knows unless your eligibility is passed.

I saw a lot of people saying their stuff delivered to Stevenage address for scanning as well. While I also mailed mine to 365 Laurier Ave West but delivered address is also 365 Laurier Ave West though. This whole EE processing is so confusing lol
