Passports sent off to London VFS: 30th Aug 2019
I was told it would take between 2 - 4 weeks to get it back. Has anyone received from London recently? If yes, please kindly share your timeline with me. Thanks.

Hi Can I check?Im a UK citizen. Not sure what to do with my passport and appendIx A as UK is visa exempt,maybe you can help me what u did? How do i upload online. is there a link on my EE profile or should I use webform?
Instructions to send photos to VFS office in London.

I hae a similar timeline:

PPR request: Aug 27
Passport delivered to CPC ottara: Sept 16
Photo resubmission request: Sept 19
Photos delivered: Sept 30

I am guessing the photos are fine given that they pinged me very quickly for the bad photos.

Now just waiting for them to send me the passports and i agree they are taking .

Hello guys,

I am a FSW-O applicant of permanent residency of Canada, I'm based out of US. I have sent mine and dependents passport for visa stamping and COPR but have not received the passports back yet. I have a vacation planned and I need my passports back. I have already sent an email to CPC-O but not received any response. Can someone please advise what can be done to expedite the process?

My timelines are below:

PPR request - Sept 11th
Passports sent - Sept 13th
Passport delivered to CPC Ottawa - Sept 16th
Photo re-submission request, 1st (for all applicants) - Sept 19th
Photos sent - Sept 20th
Photos delivered - Sept 23rd
Photo re-submission request, 2nd (for dependent applicants only) - Sept 24th
Photos sent - Sept 25th
Photos delivered - Sept 26th

Planned travel date - October 22nd

Since I haven't heard back on photo re-submission again, can I assume that photos have been accepted? By when do you guys think I will hear back and received passports and COPR back?

Any help and direction is appreciated.

Hey, I sent the whole thing. I rang VFS to double check after I sent it and they said to send the full passport.

Oh No. The call agent told me it was only the biopage required? Are you from visa exempt.country as well? Now Im worried I got the wrong advise.

don’t worry I’m convinced the agent gave me the wrong information. I’m from uk so don’t think I needed to send it but found that out after I already sent it

I hope so. they acknowleged the receipt of my application pack today on an email.
How long would it take to hear back from them? Since you submitted your pssport was there any special stamp/visa placed or just the CoPR received?
The letter was confusing because it directed for visa exempt to send it online but there is no specific link for it?
Hence I rang VAC London yesterday and was told I only needed a copy not the actual passport. Ive been placed on review required for more than a year so anxious for committing any further mistakes causing delay

I only sent mine off Friday 7th Oct so I couldn’t say how long it takes for sure but from what I’ve seen it can be up to 4 weeks.

I couldn’t find anywhere to upload online either which confused me as well so I just sent everything. I don’t think you have anything to worry about. If they need it they’ll request but I doubt this’ll happen

I am an Inland applicant. I received my Passport Request on Sept 7, I sent my passport to Ottawa the same evening and They confirmed to have received it on Sept 10. But I have seen no status change or have received my documents back yet. It is starting to worry us. Its October 04th already. I am wondering if anyone else who has submitted within Canada has experienced similar delay. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

They recieved mine on 23 sep. i called them today and they said they need more time. They said its not finalized yet.

do we get an email when the copr is approved online after sending passport or we should check online whether its approved or not

Hey I have an update, I got a message in my CIC account with confirmation of my CoPR. The letter says that my documents will be on their way to me.

VFS sent it to High Commission of Canada in London. I’ll see if it has a counterfoil on it or any stamping when I get it back.

Updated journey:

PPR: 04 October 2019
Sent passport: 04 October 2019
VFS received: 07 October 2019
High commission received: 08 October 2019
CoPR: 09 October 2019
Passport returned: pending

Thanks for the reply, we haven't called back yet. We are giving it a couple more days.
