Your visa has been printed and within a day or two (could even take a week in some cases) passport will be shipped out. Return tracker activation is simply referring to "tracking information" for the return label you submitted along with passport and photos (which I hope you have). You can check it's status by using carrier's website. I had enabled updates to send through mobile application as well as email so if anything updates you'll get notified. Don't worry you are almost done with this process.

Hey guys, finally got my passport and copr!

Timeline:

PPR - August 2nd
Passport sent to CPC Ottawa - August 6th
Passport delivered - August 7th
Application approved - August 16th
Return tracker activated - August 21st
Passport and COPR received - August 22nd

My bad I just assumed you lived outside India. I'm not sure how VAC processes applications. But what i've read so far you should get the passport back within 2 weeks from the date of submission.

How much time they usually take to issue copr in Delhi.

I submitted my passport on 19 Aug and it was delivered to high commission on 20 Aug.

My PPR was approved and counterfoil generated on Monday 19 August. However, when I look up the tracking number of the return label that I sent there is no change yet. Any idea why it is delayed?

Also what is the number that you use to call IRCC? Coz they changed their system and it hangs if you want speak to them

I'm in the same boat. Application approved on Aug 20 per the MyCIC update but I'm also waiting for the tracker to be activated. Based upon empirical data posted here, it can take between 2 to 5 days or so for the tracker to be activated post approval.

You'll get a "do not reply" email the following day informing you of an update to your MyCIC.

Currently still under process at the São Paulo visa office (3 weeks today)

Anyone? It's so nerve wracking that 3 weeks are over and still no update!

Does it sometimes take long? Maybe based on the VO?
