We can't even check our CIC account because our lawyers have access to it and we have to keep asking them for screenshots. We haven't heard anything either. it was been 13 business days

Is that in your CIC account or in ECAS? My CIC says Submitted while ECAS says Decision Made.

Just got word - our application was approved. Now waiting for the tracker to be activated!

Is that in your CIC account or in ECAS? My CIC says Submitted while ECAS says Decision Made.

I sent my passport to VO Ottawa on 5th. June and it was received on 6th. June. The application was approved online on 12th. June. My return envelope tracker has not been activated yet. I thought it's normally activated within 2-3 business days after the application is approved. Should I call CIC or send an email to VO Ottawa?

Waiting to hear from others who sent their passport in and around the same time.

The same for me. Approved on the 13th. Maybe tomorrow it will be activated.

We were approved on the 14th and have been waiting as well. I even had my last day at work last Friday so we could pack and leave this week and I'm expected to start my new job next Monday.
Really hoping it gets activated today.
