You already have 30 days. Do you need more 15 days on top of it ?
You should use the IRCC Webform( https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx ) if you are not able to meet the deadline

I received my PPR email on 8th May & submitted my passport on 9th May in VFS Mumbai, what is the approximate time for passport return?

My docs were received in Ottawa today and signed by Steve, who drew a pentagram (five pointed star) after his name. Maybe Steve is into the occult!

Yes you can... Just email then your application id and ask them to schedule the appointment at the earliest... Some agent from etobicoke office will respond you back.

I had dropped the mail as soon as my tracker got activated. Thats on friday
