I am CEC Inland. Took them 3 days to process it after it was delivered.
Still waiting for them to send me the passports. Tracker was not yet activated.

My passport was received by Ottawa office by Feb1 . My application status has been changed to approved and Visa was printed on friday . (i see the counter foil number under my application )
Return tracking is not initiated yet .
I think yours is normal as they take anywhere between 10-14 working days .
6th afternoon it was dispatched from IRCC to VFS Delhi - around 1 :30 P.M.
6th evening around 5 P.M. it was handed over by VFS to courier partner
I received my passport on 7th evening, around 8:15 P.M.
So in short, One day!

Thank you ! I have not choosed the courier option rather told them I will pick it up from VFS Bangalore , I am expecting the passports to be in Bangalore vfs by tomorrow afternoon and by Wednesday !
