I found a partial postdoc position in computer engineering for one year and I can extend it till 2 years. Now, I need to know does it considered as skilled work exprience for express entry? Is it a job offer or not? Does it have LMIA code?
Could you please help me with this issue or introduce a link with complete information?

Computer engineering is definitely a skilled NOC (unless it's a euphemism for sweeping up used computer parts).
It's a job offer, but not for the purposes of immigration. If it's LMIA exempt you need to work for that named employer for a year before it can be converted to an EE job offer. You should consult the international office of the university. I am sure they have steered many, many, many others through exactly the same scenario.
