Post ITA !! Doubts/Questions

@shrik_14 sorry to hijack your post. I too have a question.

I am almost ready to complete my Express entry application (waiting for WES). But even if I apply by July I am not in a position to make entry to Canada by January 2018. My points are above 420, I expect to be cleared by August (as per the current trend).
Rephrasing what i need to ask, how much time can I wait to make an entry to Canada after my ITA is done ?

As far as i know, it takes atleast 7-8 months but as mentioned in he CIC website, 80% of the cases finish within 6 months. It all depends on the individual's profiles. some may take longer than the others if there are any complications or if CIC requires any additional information/documents. But ideal time should be around 8 months. You wont have anything to worry about. I got my ITA on february 23rd and finished submitting everything on may 18th. I am guessing i will get the final decision sometime between decemeber and february.

Dear members,

I have my Police clearence certificate(PCC) issued May 1st week. The expiry is July 1st week. My AOR is June 1st. Do i need to raise a CSE with the latest PCC.

I do not think that will be necessary as you submitted the PCC when it was still valid.
