@gursimran15 you are getting the quotes wrong. My friend already got his approval.
He gave me the wrong date as Sep 13(actual date 7-9)
his series is 3068. Approved yesterday.

From my previous experience. it usually has 1-2 days delay, you would have the approval letter appear in 1-2 days and receive the paper permit next week.

Hi everyone, I'm about to apply for my PGWP.
I applied when I finished my diploma but got rejected because that program was not qualified.
So I continue my study and finish my degree program.
How should I explain this in the background section of my application form?
