If your spouse PR processing file is not handled by IRCC (maybe it's handled by your municipality or by volunteer I don't know) then it won't be affected. Otherwise ......
Honestly I'm so pissed, I hope it doesn't affect our ceremony cos I'm scheduled for oath on the 8th of May.
My oath is scheduled for May 16th, did you receive the email?

I just hope this strike doesn't affect us.
Members of Canada's largest public sector union have voted in favour of a strike mandate affecting more than 120,000 public servants.
Last week, 35,000 Canada Revenue Agency workers voted in favour of strike action. That means more than 155,000 public servants from five large bargaining groups could be in a legal strike position by the end of this week.
any update on the possible strike?
I can't see the full article here
The people who did not work for 2 years while being paid full salaries now want to go on strike. Lmao, I should switch from the private sector to a government job.
They have never done anything in the past.
