No one has any idea... it is very unpredictable. People are actually waiting from December and some March p2 already received there E-copr, so it's just how it is

You should receive P1 email any day now. Have you received a Final Decision on GCKey?

My agent has my GCKey

everything shows completed since April 8
Tracker even shows eCOPR number and expiry. Is it usually accurate?

While seeing an eCoPR number and expiry date on PR Tracker is a positive sign, the number may or may not be the same when you actually receive eCoPR. Nevertheless, this is a positive sign.
Also, ask your agent to check your application on GCKey.

Ecopr: waiting

Next week it will be 90 days since I submitted my P2. I do not understand what is taking so long. People who submitted their application a month after me already got theirs. Do they pick and choose who to process? Isn’t there a queue? The call centre is no help, not only they don’t know anything but they are also super rude. They said there is nothing else left to do, my application is accepted and they just need to upload it on the system. Yes exactly so what is taking so long??? I have not seen my family in almost a year and I cannot leave the country because of this. I am just so tired!!

Same here, calling or sending forms do no help either, I don’t understand how people who submitted their P2 a whole month after us already got theirs. What kind of system is this?

My gckey account is not showing any update about my application.

Honestly, it can take 3 more months considering the fact that November P2's are receiving there ECOPR now... Also, there's nothing we can do. Not a single person can help us. They say EE CEC processing time is 6 months which is all lie because now they said that ECOPR is not a part of the processing time, and it can takes months to receive the document.

Nope. Linking to GCKey is not required. FYI - you won't get any emails of the updates on tracker. You will have to log in everytime to see if something changed.
