I think the theory that ecopr expiration date might be real. Mine expires in 2 months. I called IRCC last week, they said they would leave a note.

Yes. They tend to expedite those applications whose expiry date is nearing soon!

We received the email with the confirmation, but in the permanent residence portal said in review, but we opened and on the bottom we found our eCoPR.
