I am getting a headache now, thinking about it. I requested a letter from my employer to request IRCC to help me with my ecopr as soon as possible, and I attached it to a web form, I hope this helps.
Just relax your mind. At the moment, there is very little that can be done since the entire issuance has completely come to a halt. Hopefully it will resume soon and you will be at the very top. We all will smile at last.
And if you haven't called that means that IRCC received the report or inquiry from another federal agencies like CBSA/CSIS regarding your background check. The system is not sophisticated which is why it shows the literal communication between the agencies in the user front-end of the system. If you did call on that day or the day before, then it's just that.
Well I just called IRCC ,
No information has been given . I was only told there is no time frame to receive eCOPR . And I asked : so it might take a year even ? He said : yes.

I would really advise not to waste your time. Those guys don't see anything beyond what you see. That update you saw is automated. Anytime you call IRCC it gets logged in your tracker. I think they review the calls eventually. But the agents won't tell you more than what you see on your tracker.
and than i was reading the reddit link posted by longviddd regarding the budget cuts involving people working with IRCC. I understand everybody is not same, but most of them dont even work and they should have seen this coming.
My spouse was outland but we requested a virtual landing when shot her visitor visa.
We then received P1 and P2 in december.
While we were waiting for ECOPR, she reveived a PPR email in december, she ralso eceived two more PPR email in january.
Now a couple of days ago, she received another P1
We are worried now as she soon will overstay the 6 months of visitor visa and still no ECOPR.
Can she fly back to get PPR or is it too late and now she is inland?
