On website they are saying that processing time for new pr card is 26 days!

are this 26 days count the moment when we submit details for p2 or after we receive ecopr?

Oh friends! This is sooo frustrating! And completely against logic.

I understand IRCC is short in resources and ask applicants to patiently wait for next steps. And at the same time they make many applicants wait for months to finish formal and simple procedures (P1, P2, eCOPR) that require little to no effort from the agents. And while these applicants are waiting for months they make a lot of noise and obstacles (like calling agents, writing KAIs, asking MPs for help).

I'm with you, friends, I got final decision date Sep 23 and I'm going crazy being so close to PR and yet living without any certainty
