Looks like we have to wait until 2025 and the 2024 quota has been reached.

That's the only explanation I can come up with.

Sometimes it's extremely fast and sometimes it's extremely slow, like right now :(

I thought the quota only applies to the ones that are already being processed. Because receiving P2 itself means that your application is approved and you already fall under that approved quota just awaiting the eCoPR!

I had read about this “quota for 2024” in another forum and it said we will get ecoprs in jan 2025

Do you guys think that ecopr delay is because of Canada post strike? maybe the IRCC is not issuing ecopr this past coup of weeks because they aren’t sure if they can issue PR cards in time?

Hi, i have submitted my application in April 23 from India. Got my biometirc and Medical completed in May. 06 months timeline for processing ended a month ago. P1 and P2 emails are for the inland applicants. When their application is approved, they will receive two emails from IRCC.

I guess my previous message was lost or deleted. I applied via STEM outland OINP PNP EE and submitted my application on 23rd April 2024. Medical & Biometrics completed in May 2024. Long Silence till date, 06 month processing timeline got over a month ago. When can I expect Passport Request. I contacted IRCC via email and they said my application is still under process. Application status shows last update enquiry received Nov 18 (which is the date i got their reply). Is anyone else in the same boat ??
