Good evening my husband is in trinidad and we have to redo our certificate of character in port of spain. Does anyone know if they are working? We have called and emailed with no response.

Saw on KVO thread Apps From 2019 getting ppr and DM but POS VO have us from 2018 Still Waitting .

Hey I think u and I both did interview same time in March,remember.
July 2018 applicant.
We were asked to do a 2nd medical yesterday so finish that and awaiting ppr now from Trinidad.
Hopefully we get that soon!!

I received an email 3 days ago that they are minimally staffed and not back to full operations yet.

Good Morning, I am applying to sponsor my husband who is in Trinidad. We didn't get a request for medicals yet but I am wondering if anyone who got them done in POS recently would mind telling me how much it costs? We will have to do them for him and his son (non-accompanying dependent) so it would be nice to have an idea of what that bill would look like.

Hey! Yes they’re Open and working , but with very little staffing. But apart from that they’re working as fast as they can.
don’t worry we will hear something in this august month!!

Hi everyone. Today is our application‘s second year anniversary and still nothing . Just as long as app falls in the 20% . It’s not consider part of the nexts years 80% . So 20% apps get put aside till the backlog is to much . If 18 months is to long whats 24 Lolac..

I know....last week we hit 22 months in the process. It's really cruel. :-(

So today we had a ghost update on our file in POS. I saw that it said "update" but the only difference I could see is that they removed the line that said our medicals expire tomorrow. Our file is a paper file so there is some hope that people are working on teh file. Even that is something. Will keep everyone posted if anything else changes on our file.
