yup I got ppr may 9th..app was received October 17th 2017 and transferred December 27th 2017..awaiting my passport to be returned status changed to decision made Friday

Congratulations!! my husband file has been transferred to POS visa office on the 8th May since then-No correspondence... may I ask how long did it take between file transfer to AOR2 and then your medical request?

usually takes around 3 months for immigration to send your medical request. so around August u should hear something from them. my application went by really fast..took around 6.5 months from sending app to receiving ppr. not gonna lie I messaged them constantly and always got a response. the day I got ppr u had messaged them earlier in the day asking what's going on with my app by afternoon I got ppr but all cases are different i guess I was one of the lucky ones lol. but bear patience August will get here sooner than u think and by September or October latest u should be getting ppr

hi guys i got my passport back today!! finally the wait is over. so just bare the patience and all will be well. it's a rough journey but in the end it will be worth the wait. thanks for all the past information and I wish u guys all the best. feel free to ask me any question if u all wish ☺

Congratulations! I just wanted to know are they currently checking to see if the relationship is genuine as I await the medical request?

I believe they have already checked to see if the relationship is genuine from the start hence your approval. in some cases they may ask for additional proof but most times they don't. your file is just awaiting an initial review or has been reviewed by the officer it's just standard protocol they follow in sending out medical requests which is usually around 3 months after processing begun

if while they are doing the review they need clarification of information on your file or something doesn't add up then they may schedule u for an interview or as I previously said ask for additional proof..keep your fingers crossed u will get medical request soon
