OK thanks, reason I asked I see some people say they had to wait weeks or months before they receive it, and here in my country u get it the same day so I was thinking maybe it was something different

yeah in Guyana it is 5 business days and if you live in Guyana and request from Cuba it takes up to 6 months to get back..so it basically varies from country to country..
No need to worry it is the same thing just timelines in every country varies.

I am also able to see the document number...I dont return your complete package only the passport. That is why they ask for copies and not original (except for medical and PC)
