Sorry just reading this. I guess you got a similar letter lol these people are backwards. Never asked for any additional info and now asking to bring to the interview.smh. I dont have any call logs because whatsapp deletes them after a period of time and I wasnt saving any. So since i got the letter ive been screenshotting all calls lol. I have our WhatsApp chat coversation saved so that should show the calls missed etc.

Truebeauty I must apologised for not replying sooner. Yes they're asking for Police report, updated family into, bring old and new passport, messages, call. I have literally all of my whatsapp messages from the time I came from Canada till now, I screenshot the calls. Every other thing that they're asking for I'm prepared so I think that I am ready.

I feel overwhelmed because it's a lot. Ive sorted the money gram, Western Union, messages and call screenshots into their individual piles and staple them. They're asking for everything all over agin that i have already submitted. I was thinking all along that they would've had my files in its entirety but not so. Do you have the same interview date as me? I hope we can wipe our brows after all of this is done . The everyday conversations is what is going to cost me. So I've decided to take some from the beginning, Middle and present. It'll be a box as though its court evidence and i do not have the patience to do all of it.

Yea its alot, hundreds of pages, so i dont even know how much to print off. I thought they would have had all of this information. Trust me i have no patience as well, just scrolling through two years of messages on whatsapp takes forever and then to upload and print and all that it will take over a month to so. I hope after this interview i hope we dont have to wait much longer. Our interview is at the end of September.

My husband received a message that his application has been transferred to POS visa office now and they are requesting an interview! No date as yet as to when the interview will be! But he has to go. After our file sat in Mexico for 10 months and going over the 12 month mark . Now it is more waiting again ….

As of 13 August 2019 your file has been forwarded to our office in Port of Spain as you require an interview.


Once the file is received, your file will be placed in our interview queue to be scheduled.


We cannot provide you with your interview details at this time, as scheduling of interviews, are conducted in the order in which they are received.


Rest assured however that your interview notification will be sent to you well in advance, so that proper travel arrangements can be made by you, to attend your interview in Port of Spain.

I don't understand why files are being sent to Mexico either. I questioned it way back in October. They said they were office sharing. but they cannot give you any information when you call IRCC because your file is out of country. just have to shake your head and wait!

No he was not told the details of the interview... such as date or time. No we do not have a representative.
