Seniors, i am awaiting to apply under FSW for this year. below is my point summary and IELTS score.

i have done my credentials from WES and got my degree equivalent to MAsters degree in canada (basically am M. Tech. in Instrumentation and control).
I have real sis in law got settled in canada on PR (last year she got PR).
but query i have is:
1. My IELTS score is L - 7.5, R - 7, S - 7, W - 6.5 (avg - 7). does this give me 22 points or 20 for English?

am waiting for US and local PCC. As soon as i get it i will submit.
Also am filling all the forms, and will get job experience letter.
As my company will not provide R&R i will make 20rs stamp paper mention R&R and signed from my mngr or other colleague with his visiting card. i hope it will be OK.
do not wait for PCC if taking time
check all forms are of latest version
