Pnps without job offer

Hello,
Could you please guide me on which pnp’s do not require a job offer? I dont live in Canada, so I dont have Canadian experience or education, however me and my husband have more than 10 years of work experience, most of which are in marketing.( my husband specialize in digital marketing)

I checked BC and Ontoria Pnp and they require job offer.Is the one which does not require job offer? Thanks in advance

Only SINP EE and NSNP DEMAND EE CATEGORY B are the without job offer categories. Both have there seperate occupation in demand list. Your noc is not in their Demand list. So you can't apply for any one.
