Yes @besbi07 so you need a lot of patience.. if im not mistaken, you're from the Philippines? Requesting to have it transfer to your country of citizenship is not a good idea, we tried it before but was not granted.

but in other forum they do suggest to have it transfer to Manila VO.. once I receive the AOR, will ask to transfer it.. theres no harm in trying.. only the waiting time is beyond their processing schedule..
Hey. How are you planning to request transfer? I just applied for my PR (paper based) on the 15th of March 2017 and i would also like to transfer it to my home country as here in Abu Dhabi i am afraid it will take forever, while other people have the chance to get it sooner. I don't see the reason behind their procedures. Please advise. Thank you.

( after 2 weeks i inquired in Manila as to the whereabout of our application, we were informed that it was transfered in ADVO)
13months ADVO to Medical Request and RPRF

thanks tomas,,, 13 months I from AOR2/FT to MR and RPRF (I already paid this during the application)...a very long wait huh!
in total I have to wait for at least 16 months??? omG hope it varies..
file transfer to the country of nationality?
ref file transfer: I read somewhere in CIC web that file transfer require a lot of justification and they need to evaluate the impact of file transfer to the CIC and the LVO... so it is possible but will take time as well.. so not advisable..
