That's really strange. Is there any way you can contact them through a phone call? It will help in sorting out the confusion in a better way.

I tried calls, but they are not going through. Call line can be used only if you are in Canada..
Communication with this visa office is really really bad. I sent them address change request about 1.5 month ago and my address is still not changed...

In my MYCIC the documents requested is still showing Provided .Its not changing to received . And I am unable to login with my RPRF receipt no into ecas too which means they haven't linked my fee receipt to my application yet. Sigh

although I have uploaded everything yesterday, in your case how long it took to change to "document provided" after you have uploaded the documents?

For my case, I uploaded files at MYCIC, and just when I clicked transmit/or submit (don't remember), it turned to PROVIDED. However, it's over 2 weeks now, and BG not needed, and RPRF cannot search for application. Medical is passed

Solimane after uploading the documents you have to go to the next page and submit the documents . It will change to provided immediately. I doubt you have only uploaded the documents and not gone to the next page to submit

Hi guys, need some advice please.. My intended occupation is a nurse and I'm currently working in Al Ain. I've read in the CIC website that I should submit a copy of my visa. However, I have an issue with Labour. I was band automatically last year for 1 year because I did not finish my contract to my previous employer. My band will soon be over by July. I have visa now but it was under babysitter instead of a nurse. will there be any problem at CIC? can you enlighten me please? Thanks guys and Congrats to you all!
