The CIC report is based on 80% of applications.So it normally takes 18 months; however, it is reduced to 15 months for those people who are not applied yet. Positively, I can say in 15 months. Ideally, in 12 months!

Most likely 2 months i see didnt expect it coming though. Im waiting now for PPR within 2 months are they gonna ask additional documents?

Hi, i.dont know why a lot of you saying that PAL means eligibities is done and will get DN in around 1-3 months. Do you mean that for outland applicants only?

All my friends got PR a few monthes ago said PAL means nothing and even my representive said that it just sent randonly. All my friends are inland, so I am not sure if any differents for inland and outland for PAL base.

PAL means that eligibility is passed, according to the officer.
Regarding the processing time after PAL, I said "According to statistics". There is no solid proof; however, statistics can always give some estimate.
