I dont know how long i would keep on checking the junk folder too
These reminders should be sent for everyone and every 2 months to keep the documents collected in regular intervals. Or at least all statuses online...
Its all up in the air and it seems kind of imaginary thing (the whole GC process) but its real...??? ??? ??? hmmm how to deal with it. One should have lot of patience and faith. : :

I think we don't need to worry about that reminder email. They probably sending those for applicant who need to wait more time to get decision made
The best thing is now they are updating the ECAS with medical, RPRF, additional documents etc correspondence which would let us know if we missed anything from CIC. I really like this new ECAS system..
Hah! I've tried with my EP number, and with my UCI (with, and without a dash). Nothing. I even tried with my country of birth being different (I was born in England, but I'm applying as an Irish citizen).
In response to Pretty Girl asking about AORs - it does seem to be quiet, but remember there are LOADS of applicants who aren't on these forums. Also bear in mind the average wait is somewhere around, or over, 10 weeks. So hopefully you'll hear something sooner rather than later.

They update only on medicals (as we could see this word specified).
For other updates, I think it just says that instructions been sent. I dont think they have the list of documents needed that they sent with the reminder email.
RPRF - I dont think we get an update online for receiving it by cic like medical (except that rprf update can be found in gcms notes).
Hopefully they improve it further to list the reminder items listed. If its confidential then they should not have had online access itself.
I can't still acces to ECAS. I recieved my AOR with UCI and EP numbers last 6 August. I tried with both of them, with just my first surname, writing in capital letters and no capital letters...but nothing!!
In the other hand, I just decided to do my medical check before CIC request to gain some time. Do anybody did it? Do they add the medical exams results to your application correctly? Any problem with it?

Ok guys ,I got the response from cic last Friday 14th of August.Application was received from cic (Nova Scotia ) around May 15.In the mail I was given UCI ( even though I had it already ) and application number.I am an inland applicant with MPNP currently under work permit.I am wondering when I can apply for an open work permit and how much that might cost. Also ,if anyone knows ,I would like some explanation about what EP number is and how can I log to ECAS system.Thanx and sorry for the questions ,but I am a newbee.
