Has anyone already applied the work permit extension with the PNP work permit support letter?
Does the employer need to fill the IMM5802 and pay a compliance fee $230?
My PGWP is expiring at the end of October 2015, but I have received the 2nd AOR from CIC.
Employer needs to pay $230 fee and fill out offer of employment and employer declaration form.
If you got your AOR already, I suggest you to go for bridging open work permit unless your employer is good and you are ok with getting a bonded work permit.

Today (Monday, 03 August 2015) is an official holiday in some provinces inside Canada but fortunately in Nova Scotia, today is not a holiday and they are going to work and they will start to work on your files and send out your EP AORs! ;D
I am new here and just created my EE profile(416 points). Could you please let me know what else is required for PNP registration. If you could point me to an existing thread or a link with all the details that would be great!

I would like to share my time line with you and ask you a question.
1- PR application sent to Sydney on April 23, 2015 Received by their office on April 27.
2- Received an email with XEP # on July 06, 2015
3- July 15, 2015, I received PE and UCI numbers.
4- July 21, 2015, I received and email from CIC asking for A certified RCMP for my wife.
Now the question is that, I submitted RCMP for my wife and myself with my PR application. I was surprised when I received email asking for it again for my wife.
They say: "IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED THIS DOCUMENT, PLEASE DISREGARD THIS REQUEST. WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH FURTHER INSTRUCTION ONCE A VISA OFFICER HAS REVIEWED YOUR APPLICATION."
Do they mean that I don't have to submit it again? I am afraid that they have lost her RCMP. Please advise…

As you know there are different provinces provide PNP under Express Entry program. Each of them have their own rules and conditions. Here is the main page of CIC website and you can visit each province's rules and conditions:

Simple and easy:
If you already submitted and they clearly mentioned: "IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED THIS DOCUMENT, PLEASE DISREGARD THIS REQUEST." Then you shouldn't do anything and just wait until they ask you in the future.
