I don't think there's any batch for AOR, it's like hand picking. They pick a file from bin... Check and put it in system and send AOR. Same thing happens in most VO also
Below A timeline of a fellow applicant. Just tell me your view on this and what would you do to get this kind of timeline?
I am AINP inland applicant. NOC code is 2253. Initially i sent my application to CIO in late February, and it was received on 2nd March. Application was returned back due to missing signatures by end April. I re-applied application and was received on 7th May.
If someone can tell me the rough bracket of days of receiving my AOR? Will i receive XEP at this period of time, or it will be the EP; I will be receiving ?

My Friend,
As we can see there won't be any XEP AOR anymore and you will receive your EP AOR very soon because 6 May 2015 received application already received EP AOR.

As long as you are in some legal status i dont see an issue with your PR application. If its based on employer sponsored then the employer should be still ready to sponsor till the application is approved. So no issues apart from that dependency.
Bridging gap - I saw in some other forums that people change to visitor status too during this gap but check with the people who are in canada and in this situation as i am new to this situation.

I think inland applications have longer processing time as compared to outlands.
Did you get your work permit extended and do you know by any chance when someone can apply for an open permit based upon on PR application in process? I heard we can get an open work permit if we have submitted PR application.
I think inland applicants have more waiting time period as compared to outland.

As far as my knowledge goes , one needs a AOR to for bridge open work permit (this is in case you have a work permit which is about the expire in next 3 months) . I dont think one can apply for a fresh open work permit with PR application!
Hi, do you have any evidence about your idea? By logic it should be the opposite: it should be better for the government to fix all the already settled positions instead of accept new ones...
About the open work permit: I would check about Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP).

Have a nice day

I just read these discussions (see link). Outlands applicants are receiving their AOR much faster than inlands. I am an inland as well and wish if CIC process all applications (inland & outland) ASAP.
