PNP PR application December 2014 applicant

Hi Everyone,

I have officially landed as of yesterday. Was an interesting, yet painless process.

1. Drove to the US border, request to flagpole (I did not receive anything as I am a US citizen)
2. Turned around and notified Canadian Border of Landing completion
3. Went inside and provided COPR, Passports and current documentation
4. They call you up and ask you a few questions and then process the paperwork
5. Voila, process completed

Good Luck to those still waiting. My original application was received on December 23, 2014.

My colleague got PPR on Jan 8 and he got his passport back (stamped) on Jan 20.

No not yet....they received my passport January 15th

Advice please? I got PPR today.

Do i need to submit passport for accompanying dependents even if they do not require passport to enter Canada?

I am confused because i need visa to enter Canada? Do i just send my passport and accompanying dependents passport copy or do i need to send passport for all?

Nothing yet. They received my passport on jan 15 too.

It seems last week, a lot of return trackers were activated on Friday.
Hopefully, it will be same this week. My passport was received on 15 jan as well

I assume your dependants are non-Canadian citizens but from a country which obviates them from visa requirement. Just photocopy for those should be fine.

They requested received my friend's on January 13th and her tracker has been activated!

At the border crossing I went to (Queenston / Lewiston Bridge) Ontario, the officers facilitating the landing process both asked the same set of questions to everyone that was there.

1. Have you ever been convicted of a Crime?
2. Have you ever been denied entry to Canada?

Almost confirming those questions that were on the initial application. However, each border may be different. Hope this helps!!!

6pm yesterday evening.....that's the 21st

I sent mine on 15 ..Friday ..they received it on 18 Monday ..
I m guessing almost all our tracker 'll go active by end of the day today ..if not mine then I 'll b getting it any day next week ..you guys always go faster than me

They received mine on the 15th but tracker not activated yet.....but then again the day is still young
