1- what reason did they give you for refusal?
2- your pnp still valid? (if no, do not contact pnp office)
Your restoration status (90 days start the day you get official letter in your cic account) even if you apply for wp on 89 day you are still good...but remember you have stop working immediately
You can even get open work permit, if you have all these things (files # and AOR etc) which you have so you are eligible for open wp...

i apply for extension of my working visa and my wife for study permit but she is back home and i am in CANADA AND SHE WAS REFUSED AS WELL YOU DO NOT APPEAR ELIGIBLE FOR AN OPEN WORK PERMIT
2. I AM NOT SATISFIED THAT YOU ARE SUFFICIENTLY WELL ESTABLISHED IN - NOR THAT YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT TIES TO - YOUR HOME COUNTRY TO COMPEL YOUR RETURN AFTER TEMPORARY PERIOD OF AUTHORIZED STAY[/b][/b][/i]

my PNP expires April 19 and

I APPLIED BEFORE MARCH 12, AND THEY ANSWERED APRIL 9 , I APPLIED AGAIN APRIL 12 . ALL THE APPLICATIONS WERE BASED IN THE STUDY VISA OF MY WIFE , BUT I HAVE NOT APPLIED WITH MY DOCUMENTS. I WILL APPLY WITH MY AOR AND BY MYSELF.
I received an email today from CIC asking for RCMP pcc and fingerprints but I already submitted these documents with application so do you guys i need to send them again?
Because in their email there is a note which says:
NOTE: IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED THIS DOCUMENT, PLEASE DISREGARD THIS REQUEST. WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH FURTHER INSTRUCTION ONCE A VISA OFFICER HAS REVIEWED YOUR APPLICATION.
So i assume i don't need to send the RCMP pcc again!
What do you guys think ?

Definitely call them and ask - that email might be an error. They will tell you what you should do, but I think that if you have any doubt then send it again. But yeah, call first on Monday.
