I would appreciate some input on this. I am an inland applicant. This decision is wearing heavily on me. I received the MPNP Nomination July 12, 2017. PR Paperbased takes 16 months. On September 26 I qualify for Canadian Experience Class (CEC) with 450 points. The lowest score has been stable at 440 points for a while. What would you do? Would you apply for paper based or wait and apply for Express Entry under CEC? Thanks in advance.

Apply for Express Entry CEC Class Right Away !

IF applied form Saudi Arabia then below is the information of VO:
Federal Skilled Workers, Federal Skilled Trades and Canadian Experience Class: Express Entry then Riyadh is the VO
If applied through some other class then London will be your visa office.

You should apply through express entry . it will save you the time having to wait for your PR through paper based.
