Yes, we did biometrics in 2018 for our visit visa.

That's the reason then, they refunded it as they used ur previous biometrics, so they will not send biometrics request and they refunded back the amount.

This happened to me as well. I paid RPRF twice and biometrics also. It freaked me out when I saw the refund, I thought it was the payment for the entire application.

AS per process it it 1 year from Medical date or Passport expiry date whichever is earlier. Visa stamping takes 15 days.
