I got temp file number before 2 days....

my AR was 27 aug 2020...and temp file number after 6 and half month..

My AR is 27 Oct but I got file number 2 weeks before. There is no connection between temp FN and AOR. Temp FN means that someone opened the mail that you had sent out

Did anyone apply for PGWP extension under new public policy?

I have employer restricted PNP nomination, i am not sure if i can apply for PGWP extension under this policy because it asks in the application form “Have you been issued a certificate under the Provincial Nominee Program?”

Does anyone know?

i think u n me have the condition. I just renewed WP to employer specific Lima except WP. At first I thought of to try that 28 months OWP but I have no confidence so I did closed WO and it’s approved in 12 days with the whole family

So if my PGWP is already expired on 09-2020 and I applied for Closed work permit and already received it, can I apply again to get open work permit?

It can be extended if current one will be expired between Jan and April according to latest IRCC news due to Covid and it’s for 18 months. But in our case, if we have PNP cert., not sure they will allow under that new policy.

If my pgwp expired on 09-2020 but I already applied and received closed work permit, can I apply again for open work permit?

There is one person on this forum, who applied and received this open work permit despite having employer restricted PNP nomination.

So, I applied as well, I will update you guys.
