Thanks luckychamp. I was worried my nomination won't arrive in time, but I got my AOR today so I think I will get nominated before my PGWP expires! I will then apply for BOWP.
BOWP is only possible if CIC knows your PR is in process so if you are applying CEC and your PGWP is going to expire then you can apply BOWP based on your AOR or in PNP you just need to attach your nomination as solid evidence else chances will be low.

Yes you have time you can apply 30 days before expiry well people even apply 7 days before....it depends case to case.....hopefully you will get before time ... Good Luck!

For BOWP (Bridging Open Work Permit), we know that we need
- Masters OPNP (if you are doing Masters Stream like me)
- AOR from PR Process (which takes about 3 months to get)
- Currently valid work permit
But my work visa expires in June.
and I still do not even have OPNP yet.
I know that OPNP office no longer issue the Supporting Letter for BOWP.
So I'm thinking if we can still file a BOWP application just with the MASTERS OPNP Certificate...
like at the Niagara falls border or something.
OINP also stopped replying to Facebook posts, which I am considering a good development. Considering how far behind they are, they should be allocating their human resource into processing cases. The replies are all pretty generic anyway.

I have a question related to what would happen after getting the OINP - Master.
So usually when we get the OINP - Master, we will then start the paper-based PR process, is that correct? (Seems we usually can't go with EE PR process)
And for the information and checklist that I need to apply the PR after getting OINP - Master, they can be found in the "Apply (paper-based process) – Provincial nominees" section of CIC website?
I appreciate the way you are helping other I was confused in something may be you can give me some advise... I am confused wether to apply for OINP- Master graduate (paper based) OR OINP - Human Capital priorities (Express Entry)... I am assuming that OINP- Master Graduate stream will be faster as in this case Federal just does the back ground check thing and your actual PR is made at provincial level only.... plz advise
