I see that majoroty of you here fall under the Msters category. Is anyone here under the International PHD Graduate Stream (no job offer)- Ontario Nomination?
Unike the Masters stream, which requires you to submit the English Language Test to the CIC for final prcoessing, there is contradicting news on the CIC website + document checklist about submitting the English Language Test for the PHD category.
If anyone here has applied under the PHD stream, and has had to submit the English Language Test for final processing, please let me know asap.

My knowledge is that the only difference between the two groups is that if you have a PhD, the language test isn't a requirement. There aren't actually two separate streams per se. This is for the OINP.
CIC provincial nomination processing is completely separate and does not differentiate between masters graduates vs PhD. They only ask for a test based on your NOC classification.

Hi dude, no news yet man... One of my friends applied on Feb-9th, no news either :-( The most recent AOR case I heard (in OINP master stream) was that some one got AOR on Apr-11th who applied on Nov-06th...
Hi, I'm new to OINP. I'm bit confused regarding international master graduate stream language requirement. I know the requirement keeps changing but I wanted to know whether the language requirement needs to be fulfilled for both English and French or is it a choice for the candidate. Like choosing English over French.
