Well that is what is said on RCMP website.. referring back to regulations believe or not, doing a background check is 15 minutes

I know but for smart hard working people who don't probably take long coffee breaks and don't suffer from paranoia!

My file is under background check for more than a month!!some people for months!

They submitted my background check last year submitting does not mean they sent it to RCMP tho

Did any of you guys apply for a Bridging work peermit?If yes, could you apply a bit sooner for it than 4 month before the expiration?Lets say my closed work permit is expiring summer next year.CIC says withing 4 months of expiration.I thought maybe there is a way around it?

I applied one month before expiration at POE got it for 1 year

Who submitted the background check and where? these are all new to me...

last time I asked through my MP, they said it's undergoing background check! then a week later asked for CV.. what stage am I in do you think? ???

same here! a "decision made" line was added to my e-cas status today. i hope we receive the ppr soon.

decision made: august 14, 2013
