Hi, i hope somebody could help and give advise. Wayback 2015 my husband was petitioned by his mother together with his father and siblings. When he entered canada, he is single but he never declared our kids because he is scared that he may be deported. In 2018 we got married and planning to fix our papers this year. But we don’t know how to start because we’ve noticed that it is impossible to sponsor or bring the kids to canada because he didn’t declare it upon entering. Can somebody could help us. Thank you

In that case sposoring you is going to be a problem as well. He was required to declare you as his common law partner when he was sponsored. Technically he did not qualify to get PR through his mother since he was already common law and living with you. Getting married won't fix this.
So the short answer is that sponsoring you and your children is an issue. You cannot go through the regular family sponsorship stream since he failed to declare you. The only chance you have is for him to go through the pilot below and hope that works.
Also - just to add to my above comments. I am assuming that he was sponsored by his mother through family class. If he was actually included in his mother's economic immigration application (for example, she was a live in caregiver and then applied for PR and included her whole family), then the pilot does not apply to you and you and your children can never be sponsored by him. If that's the case, then the only option is either for you to qualify to immigrate on your own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry. Or for him to give up his PR status, leave Canada and then reapply for PR through an economic immigration stream, this time including you and your children. He might have immigrated through an economic immigration stream as his mother's dependent - which would make sponsorship of you and your children impossible. You need to confirm how he got PR.
